Celtic HSBK Racing heads east to Road Atlanta (2020 MotoAmerica Round 3)

Round 3 of the MotoAmerica series from Road Atlanta was perhaps the most pivotal round of the series so far for the Celtic HSBK Racing team. Especially as it relates to the team’s progress within the Stock 1000cc Championship. With a little less then a month to recover from his incident at Road America, PJ Jacobsen attempted a comeback to minimize the points loss and hopefully keep himself in the fight for the championship. However, after only 2 sessions aboard the NorthAmerican Warhorse, Competition Werkes Ducati V4R, PJ makes the decision no rider wants to make. For the Supersport side of the canopy, Brandon Paasch seeks to improve on his string of podiums by going after that elusive victory. The heat wasn’t so much the problem as he rode a brilliant weekend while keeping an elbow issue under control. For Sam Lochoff, the team’s Jr. Cup rider, RATL is perhaps his favorite circuit. Coming into the weekend needing to stay with the leaders in his class, Sam showed what hard work can do. The goal was to close the gap to the leaders and Sam showed that he wasn’t just closing the gap, but he was capable of running with the leaders. The team is made possible through key partners: North American Warhorse, Ducati New York, Ducati USA, Competition Werkes, EVOL Technology, New York Safety Track, Fast by Ferraci, and Admore Air. In addition to the support of their technical sponsors: Bickle Racing, BrakeTech, Cox Racing, Drippen Wet, Drive Systems USA, EAZIGrip, Full Spectrum, GB Racing, Jap4Performance, MWR Filters, Ohlins USA, Out There Brands, RaceSeats, Samco Sport, Spiegler Performance, SBS Brakes, STM, and Zero Gravity.
